[Available in spanish] Lucha Reyes es la cantante peruana más importante de la música criolla. Nació de un hogar muy pobre y triunfó a pesar de grandes limitaciones. Logró sortear cuatro de los grandes obstáculos impuestos por la sociedad de esa época; consigue el éxito a pesar de ser mujer, pobre, negra y enferma. Su vida representa un cambio de época social y política.
