biography

[Available in spanish] Héctor Gálvez nació en Lima, Perú. Estudió Producción de Televisión en el Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (INICTEL). Ha escrito y dirigido una serie de cortometrajes en diversidad de géneros. Paralelamente trabaja en ONGs realizando documentales enfocados en el tema de derechos humanos.
